This consists of a 1km upstream then a 1km downstream return, in the MacIntyre River (freshwater!!) starting and finishing at the Town Boat ramp. Please note that long and short sleeved wetsuits are not permitted unless water temperature is 23 degrees or below.
This is “dead flat”, 40 km west out the Barwon Highway towards St George and return. The road surface is reasonable with some short sections that require careful riding. Please note that this is NOT a closed road.
This consists of three loops along the towns river path, which faces east and west. Aid stations are placed every kilometre.

E&E Waste is a locally owned and family run business, owned and operated by Shane McGuire. Although E&E Waste was officially started in 2002, Shane has been serving the people of Goondiwindi since 1986 and is actively involved in local and regional clubs and community events with his wife Paula.
